The v6.3 of the TurnKey Lender software solution offers an improved more user-friendly interface, optimized performance with better customization options including white-labeling, batch importing, smoother navigation, and others. Now the TurnKey Lender software solution is fully GDRP-compliant, which allows lenders to better manage external services as well as seamlessly integrate their clients’ social networking into the loan application and approval process. The full list of v6.3 updates includes:
- Facebook and Google Authentication
Borrowers and investors can now register and login using their respective Facebook or Google accounts.
- GDPR Compliance
Now the application is GDPR-compliant, which means users are given full control over their data used by the application. However, the UI related to GDPR compliance is optional and may be enabled only for EU customers.
- Additions to Calendars
Optional holiday sliding, customizable rules for shifting loan repayment dates that match holidays and weekends.
- Two Company Logo Images
Now a company logo can be uploaded in two versions: square logo for favicons and full-size non-square logo for the Home page.
- System Menu Reorganized
Now the System menu for the Back-Office application is organized into groups for smoother navigation
- Investments from Back-Office
Now loan manager can add, modify, and withdraw loan investments on behalf of any registered investor
- Batch Import of Repayments
Now a loan manager or Administrator can perform a batch-import of payment transactions from an external system by uploading a compatible XLS or CSV file thereby automatically applying all payment transactions to corresponding loans and updating balances.
- Regional Settings
Now Back-Office Administrator can define regional settings for the system. These include Country of operation, currency symbol, and preferred language.
- Management of External Services
Now the Administrator can manage preferences for payment processing, email/SMS notifications, document signing. If a service integration requires additional parameters, they can be entered via the UI as well.
- Links to Help, Videos, and Knowledge Base Lookup
Now the Back-Office users can directly access user manual and tutorial videos via the Help button. Also, the integration of a Jira widget allows direct search in the TurnKey Lender knowledge base directly from the application.
- White-labelling (Hiding all references to TurnKey Lender)
White-labelling of the system removes all references to TurnKey Lender from the UI. It can be enabled using a system option (disabled by default).
- Design Improvements
The UI design has been updated with several improvements on both back- and front-office sites.
- Performance Optimizations
The system performance has been optimized for various use-cases, especially for slow network connections (traffic amount significantly reduced).
